About the Role?
Do want to be part of our fun, dynamic team working on behalf of Sky Representing Sky TV, Broadband and Mobile services. Can you lead a team of 4 Sales Representatives – Drive a Luton Van during August & September IN Pop Up Locations!
- Full time – minimum 40 hrs per week. Fixed contract
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate + great achievable commission + incentives
- Full time – 5 days per week (includes weekends)
- Start date: Early September 2019
- Mandatory Training: 4 Days (End July – Early Aug)
- Territories: South of England
As a Field Team Manager you will be responsible for….
Representing the brand to a high level and standard
Managing between 2 & 4 Sales reps per day
Demonstrating all services offered at our pop-up locations
Managing and responsible for portable “venue” – driving is therefore a necessity
Must have driving license held for 2 years and be over the age of 25 with no more than 6 points (for insurance purposes)
Selling directly to consumers new products, packages and contracts
Booking appointments with consumers to trial products
Setting up your stands/sites each day & taking responsibility for its presentation
Leading by example and motivating the team!
You will be required to travel around to various locations and stay away overnight as required
You will have:
Ideally a 3 years’ experience in sales
Minimum of a year experience managing a team
Previous experience working in the telecoms or tech industry
Previous experience selling & demonstrating to consumers
A team player and motivator
A commitment to completing all tasks to the highest standard
Personable – with lots of charm, confidence and character
