About the Role?

We are lucky enough to be recruiting for an inspiring field marketing agency based in Windsor. They’re growing year on year. Following some new client wins and the general progression of the agency, they’re looking to grow their in-house recruitment function. They work with some awesome brands across the UK!

Due to our ongoing growth across our strategic and tactical teams, a new and exciting position has opened up for a Recruitment Executive based at our Head Office in Windsor

You will report directly into an Account Director

You will work alongside our account teams and your responsibilities will include and not limited to;

  • To take the lead ensuring processes are in place to keep   / internal  databases are up to date
  • To Identify postcode areas that require tactical and strategic recruitment by working with our account teams
  • Create targeted recruitment campaigns to enroll new field agents into our business
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application through to enrolment on our internal database
  • Responding to recruitment issues from new and existing field applications via phone and email
  • Supporting any other recruitment needs within the business as required
  • To assist in the preparation and production of field-based contracts and associated paperwork
  • Working to book tactical call files where required, allocating recruited staff
  • To work in conjunction with Account Director to implement any new or appropriate working practices & system developments

You will have:

  • Experience of recruitment of tactical staff within a Field Marketing agency environment.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels face-to-face, by telephone, and in writing
  • Able to work to deadlines, under pressure and to prioritise effectively
  • Computer literate across all Microsoft packages especially Excel
  • Good numerical skills
  • Able to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A good “can do” attitude, and you are prepared to go that “extra mile”
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility on working hours to meet the requirement of the job
