Overview of Role
To ensure accuracy, availability and insight to all relevant members of the business unit through strong data architecture, project planning and process control. To be responsible for all data related activities for the Client account, delivering projects, ensuring stability and providing communication across all parts of the account.
- Lead, manage and develop insights and data team within the Business Unit – currently 6 direct reports and 8 indirect reports
- Leads all data related functions within Field Marketing Agency, client and Third Party suppliers
- Provides one point of communication for projects that seek continuous to add value to the client and ensure successful delivery against these
- Present regular updates to CEO, client and other stakeholders
- Provide a clear structure for managing projects, delivering robust data ad insights
- To be able to prioritize tasks for self and team and manage client expectations for delivery
- Inspire team through regular feedback, clear objective setting and sharing goals and aspirations
- Deliver the operation within the overhead budget
- Industry experience to understand the needs of both our own business and the needs of the client
- A Blue’ – Highly detailed, knows how everything works and can explain it
- Business communicator. Can talk comfortably with senior stakeholders using business language.
- Not a yes person. Absolutely must be able to say no and explain why. Focused on successful outcomes through thorough feasibility and planning.
